I am often the first point of contact for customers, working with them to define their requirements. I am responsible for the successful planning, execution and completion of projects in contract breeding, genetic testing, surgery and research model support services such as health monitoring.
Which department do you work in?
The Project Management Group regularly communicates with customers to provide quality technical support to successfully manage customer projects – from their inception to conclusion. This means working closely with the project administration and operational groups. We are also key in driving continuous improvement and proposing opportunities to develop the business.
How long have you worked at Envigo?
I have spent the last 5 years of my career at Envigo, based at the Hillcrest, UK site.
I have always been fascinated by science, specifically human health and disease. I wanted to work in an innovative field that positively impacts lives.

In my opinion, I think Envigo stands out in the market based on its commitment to providing excellent customer experiences and support. Our effective communication both with customers and colleagues is key to ensuring success.
