With years of experience in her field, Val has the necessary skill set to ensure compliance with UK legislation, appropriate licensing requirements, and liaising with stakeholders and government bodies.

Carmen Calabresi

Carmen leads the lab that produces health monitoring reports for our animal models. She and her team work closely with customers to determine the desired health status of models and explain how that may affect their research.

Adrian Hardy, PhD

As President and CEO of Envigo, Adrian is committed to operational excellence and a culture of quality, animal welfare, and superior customer service. Adrian joined Envigo in 2002 and has held leadership roles in strategy, global operations, business development, sales, corporate development, and strategic marketing.

Mike Garrett

Mike serves as the Senior Vice President, Commercial and leads all of Envigo’s customer service, sales and marketing activities. Mike is a veteran leader of the life sciences industry with more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and strategic planning.

Lisa Roberts

Lisa is our Director of Customer Service in North America. Her role involves ensuring customer service teams throughout North America meet the daily needs of our customers, both internal and external.

Jim Harkness

As our Chief Operations Officer, Jim oversees daily deliveries, production, procurement of models, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Jennie Nelson

Jennie is a production manager responsible for two isolator facilities and one of our production warehouses. Jennie is responsible for the health and welfare of our animals in these facilities and ensuring teams adhere to regulatory and industry standards.

Paul Knepley, DVM

Paul's primary responsibilities center around animal health and well-being at 11 of our facilities. He focuses on a variety of areas such as herd health, clinical medicine and surgery, surgical model development, and bio-security and laboratory surveillance programs.
